Our goal is prepare for you fresh everyday the best and healthiest gelato that we can produce. To do so we must be rigorous in our search for the finest ingredients that nature can offer – the freshest milk and heavy cream, hazelnuts, pistachios, eggs, a variety of fruits ripe and tasty, high quality cocoa and chocolate, vanilla right out of the pod, and so much more. It is essential for us that everything we use is in its natural state. No processed junk with long chemical names, just health friendly, whole foods. Everyday we utilize our craft in a clean, hygienic environment according to the best traditional Italian recipes.

We are unique!
Our methods for preparing gelato, while traditional, are also truly our own and we have a few choice secrets we keep to ourselves in order to insure that our product is unmatched. The gelato we produce has a delicious taste and a full consistency, but it’s not as fattening as most other ice creams which are heavy with butterfat. The flavor is intense on the tongue and yet it leaves your mouth clean, and it is easy to digest.

There are many aspects to our gelato that can be described, even if secret, but the ultimate quality that defies explanation is the love, enthusiasm and the vision that goes into every cup or cone.
