We bring you the classics, vanilla and chocolate and strawberry. We introduce you to Italian classics like panna cotta, tiramisù, Nutella, gianduia with hazelnuts from Langhe, Piedmont, cannoli, mascarpone, a grapefruit Campari sorbetto that transports you to the Amalfi coast, and a coffee gelato that seats you in a true Italian cafe. We also venture into new multicultural flavors like ginger, green tea, cinnamon and chocolate with chilli.
And we are always thinking, shopping the market for inspiration. We may rotate in new flavors to keep your interest but we will always have your classic favorites. And we guarantee that every batch is made fresh every day. We don’t deep freeze or store up our gelato for we feel that compromises the intensity of the flavors, which all share one crucial thing in common: they are completely natural - never made with anything artificial or pre-packaged.
